I had a great experience with Auto Nation in Wickliffe. I dealt with Ron and I felt very comfortable with him. This was the first time purchasing a car on my own. I was very nervous, however, Ron made me feel at easy and was happy to explain anything I didn't understand. I would recommend my family and friends to them, if they where looking to purchase a new car.
The personal touch. My sales person listened to what I was looking for and how much I was comfortable spending. He then presented some options with no pressure or trying to sell me something else. As a result I got the car I wanted - and love! - and a very good deal. The process was made easy, each step explained well.
Show some concern with their customers who drive away with a defective vehicle where the exhaust comes detached. 2 weeks later and nothing. Not even a phone call.
The staff are always so courteous and helpful! The service is A+! I never have any worries about being overcharged or for shoddy repairs! I'd recommend the service team at Autonation Ford East to anyone!
