We where in Tennessee on vacation and had to make an emergency trip home and than needed to turn back around and head right back to Tennessee. The service department did an exceptional job for us. We thought we heard something and called thinking it might be a wheel bearing. Chad took our call and had us come in as soon as we got into town and was genuinely concerned that we happened to still be two hours away. They have really terrible customer service. we bought a truck from them and it had a few parts that still needed fixed. They were supposed to get the parts in and fix the truck over the weekend so we could take the truck home after that weekend and they didn’t have the truck ready until a week later, with multiple parts still not being fixed. We needed it as a work truck so it was tough to not have it ready when they said it would be ready by, and we had told them about this situation. they also wouldn’t call to update us ab... read more
