I have utilized this service department for all my Fords over the years. I went in for an oil change and as usual the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, provided prompt service and kept me informed about the status of my 2015 Expedition. Thank you.
The service staff was very friendly and attentive to my requests and concerns. The work was accomplished within a reasonable time. Cost was very acceptable.
I had a great expierece with Joe Timepi,I may have mispronounced his last name,but he was a true gem to me.
Since I bought my explorer in 2014, the entire staff has treated me like family, never a problem and always quick to take care of me. I've recomended them to many people, I enjoy the service department, they always act quickly and professionally. Keep up the good work.
The Employees are wonderful. Especially Mr Ray. He was determined to put me in a Car.
Prompt. Appointment kept on time. Not quite satisfied with service. Went in for oil change, received a check list of the things they did. Cabin filter was dirty, had leaves in it. Wasn't looking for a new one but they could have cleaned the debris from it.
Excellent service the people are fantastic whatever they promised they deliver Tom in Sales department is great also I’ve dealt with the Matt service department and he took care of everything I Would rate both of them at 1000% Also the vehicle insurance is the best I’ve ever found in 20 years This company should be the best in the state or maybe the country Thanks guys you are awesome 👏
Great place and great customer service. My car had went out on me and I was able to call and get the help I needed. Same day, I walked out with a better and brand new 2018 Ford Focus. Highly recommended for sure!
After looking for a truck for a month I found the best deal here. They had the best selection to pick from and best price. Everything went smooth and I will be doing business with them again in the future.
