We just bought a new Expedition and I'm a happy girl. I still haven't figured out all the bells and whistles but that will come with time. The sales rep and manager were the best, we were able to walk out of there with vehicle we wanted the same day. I think the deal on the car was the best of all the Ford dealers we went to. 3 hours for a oil change ? Had a 10:15 APPOINTMENT...... To be fair, this is the first time in many years that I have had an experience like this, but clearly they either overbooked themselves, or were seriously understaffed. Normally great service, but this time...no such luck.
Quick, friendly and reasonable is how I would describe the staff and service.

I worked with Jess, Jesse and JD to get my latest lease. It was fantastic! I did all the pre-approval information over the phone and internet. They DROVE the car to my house, which was super convenient for me. They let me test drive it, and made sure that if I wasn't 100% happy with the car that I didn't have to take it just because they came to my home. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and how they treated me as their customer. I will be getting my next car from them as well.
Chris was very polite and willing to help. The gentleman that helped with my trade-in was also very helpful. I got a very fair price on my trade-in also. I love my Lincoln MKZ!
We went looking for a used F150. We got a 2014 truck with only 21000 miles on it. They made sure it was cleaned out inside because the previous owner smoked and we don't and to us it stunk. They cleaned it out very well. Our salesman Don went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for us. We usually buy new but for reasons we didn't. The GM Rick was also very helpful and great. We tell everyone to go there
