Had to have my 2015 Fusion towed in on Monday due to a dead battery. I understand it took time to order a replacement sensor but it took 48 hours to get my car back and I had to call to get the updates because I never received a call from service - even when it was finished.. The service manager is condescending, rude and unprofessional. The staff does not listen to the needs of the customer. They gossip and do not provide good customer service. The service dept engages in unethical practices such as performing work and charging the customer before calling the customer for authorization to perform the work. I would hate for anyone to be treated like this. Don't go there!
Just bought my second car there. Great experience again. Mike Stadtler is great. I have bought other cars at big name dealerships and after the purchase I never heard from the salesmen again. Not so with Mike and Autonation. He continues to email me to ask if I have any questions or concerns. Any question I have asked has been answered in a very timely and helpful manner. I have bought many cars over the years. Autonation has been the least stressful and most pleasant experience. Thanks again guys.
