My overall experience was good. It was, however, a long day and I got talked into some things like and extended warranty (very expensive) that I didn't really want. This is my second purchase from Auto Nation East and I would most likely consider them again in the future.

Awesome Dealership! Everyone from Sales to Service to Operations are top notch and FORD makes the best cars in the world. Imagine my surprise when the mail came after I purchased my 2013 Focus ST inviting me, free of charge to the ST Academy at Miller Motorsports Park! What a great experience! Friendly salesmen, didn't pressure me into anything and bent over backwards to find the car I wanted. Very pleased with the staff.
Great staff. Great service department. They do save you money. And FORD DIDN'T TAKE THE BAILOUT!!! it shows how the union and management saved ford, produced a quality product., and still saves the consumer money when they purchase a Ford product.and go see Joe trepepii. ..and salesman that genuinely cares for the customer.
