Great Service, I go out of my way to go to this location because they are very easy to work with and met all my expectations. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and they shuttle you to your destination while you wait.
Better customer service. They lost my car keys and didn't tell me. I waited 20 minutes for my car and I had to finally ask them what happened. Service Manager and General Manager basically told me they didn't care if I came back for their business.
I've been going to AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa for quite a while now for whatever I need. It is a little pricy compared to other auto shops but the service is always reliable and the staff is very helpful! On my most recent visit, Bobby was wonderful! I was in a bit of a rush and he managed to change my oil and transmission fluid (and something else but I'm not much of a car-head so I forgot) in about an hour! The service manager, Lidio, is a well-organized professional who fulfills his promises. The prices for service seem competitive for a dealership. Paying a bit more for the repair is reasonable in light of the reliability of the work.
