I am not sure what could have made my experience worse. The biggest takeaway, in case you don't want to read the whole thing, is that there was no communication between me and AutoNation or me and Honda or, apparently, AutoNation and Honda. I went in yesterday for a recall repair. It was super busy but everyone in the service department was friendly and efficient as always. I recommend them.
