I went to Autonation with the intention of buying Honda Civic 2017 and it couldn't have been more pleasant experience than this. I thought that the entire process of buying a car would take at least 2 days but I got my new Civic in just few hours. I couldn't believe a auto dealership could be so mellow. I was very relaxed and enjoy the time there. There was a delay with my own insurance, but AutoNation made my wait as pleasant as can be. Thank you, guys! You were all great.
My experience at AutoNation Honda was a very pleasant one. Sang Kim, at the Sales Department did his job very well. He was courteous, very helpful and patient, answered all our questions. Sang Kim and Mr Rana did all that they can do to give the best financing for my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering to buy a car.

Either the finance department or the Internet sales department are ignorant or lazy or a combination of both. Having been in the car business for over 10 years (Albeit a decade ago) I know how things work with the banks. I sent an email asking for the specifics of my preapproval with Honda based upon a specific vehicle and they kept telling me that they could not give that information because I would need to do a new credit application.
