Worst customer experience! Should of gone to Toyota instead. Aaron Duport ( General Manager), thanks for the unsatisfied customer experience. Glenn Handzilk (Service Manager), you should be retrained in dealing with "Honda Care," just like what Aaron said he needs to be retrained he doesn't know what he said. Worst customer service! 3 day return policy is BS. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. They sold my parents a 2006 Honda Odyssey LEMON and when they told them the problems they kept them waiting two hours. The lady supposedly helping them was just texting and when my Mom needed to go back to work they didn't care. Definitely NOT family friendly service. Oh and my parents have to wait for their refund. Avoid this place!
Couldn't be happier with my 15 Fit. 100% positive experience through schools first and automation.
