Worst customer experience ever. I was there with my friend today to get a price quote on Accord and Civic. Don't want to name the sales guy but he was very rude and highly impatient. Even before letting us review the first quote he literally told us to walk out if we don't like the quote. Gave us a ridiculously high estimate of APR even before looking into our credit information or asking us any relevant questions. Great service from Cesar! When we came two weeks before the purchase we were told it was going to be impossible to get my dream car. Luckily for us Cesar helped us get the best deal possible. Bilingual was a plus, helped my parents feel comfortable and informed.
The sales and service people were friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the car I wanted with no hassles and I received a ton of discounts on the price a package deals. The only reason I came to this location is because of Yousef, I have got my last 4 Hondas from him and even though I am all over I always end up with him to get my cars. Everyone I know I send his way as well since he takes care of you like you are family. We even ended up changing our minds last minute to upgrade the car and he smiled and made it happen after all the work he put in for the car that we first wanted. I wish everyone in sales could learn a little from this man!
