Went there for a simple A1 service (oil change and tire rotation) Attempted to upsell on unneeded items for a brand new vehicle, charged $20 more than I was initially quoted. Honda Costa Mesa is the best!!! Not only is my car in excellent repair, but Lidio Valle and his team went out of their way to give me a ride back to pick up the car. They'd come out and tried to call to let me know they had arrived to pick me up and I'd accidentally left my phone on mute. When we figured out what happened, Lidio sent a second driver out to pick me up, and by that time it was 5 pm. They get 5 stars from me!
