I recently got my car serviced for an A14 at AutoNation Honda in Costa Mesa. Jim made it so easy for me to understand what that meant for my car and didn't pressure me into getting all of the work done. I ended up getting my tires rotated, oil changed, and drive plugs switched out. Next time, I'll get my spark plugs redone as well, but he'd mentioned that'd those would be fine to hold off on for now. Daniel the service manager was very nice and helpful. He was able to explain other services that my pilot needed. I went in for a oil change and he reminded me that I need other services. My car was delivered as promised.

Auto Nation Honda is notorious for using unscrupulous tactics such as lying to their finance customers that they do not qualify for lower interest rates on cars they sell to their customers to charge a much higher interest rates. I believe they were fined cheating millions of dollars from higher interest rates from unsuspected customers. Mostly Hispanics ( non English speakers) . when I got there they left me waiting for like 20 mins., Iasked if they can call me when the car was done, they never called.. I had to call to ask if my car was done, the girl that answerd tried to get a hold of my adviser and never could get a hold of him so I ended up picking up my car until 5:00 pm.Then when I came to pick up my car the advisor was rude... told me that I had to tell them that I have a prepay package of oil changes.. he was really rude told me that they can read minds and that I had to told them about the... read more
My Honda Civic GX was stalling out on accelleration. Their expert mechanic dianosed the problem accurately and fixed it in just a few hours. Now it runs perfectly. i couldn't recommend them more. They are the best. Best Service Tech and Best Mechanic
