They are total professionals and they have some of the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced. My car broke down in Costa Mesa while I was on a business trip, and they were there to the rescue. I live 70 miles away and I am willing to drive back just for them to service my car. I highly recommend them.
Customer service and quality care
I had my starter go out on me last Sunday. The AAA was able to get it started and I took it to Auto Nation the next day. I have been dealing with Jim since 2001 and he took care of me as usual. I now have a new stater and an oil change as well. Great service as always and very convenient as it’s right down the street from where I live.
Autonation Honda Costa Mesa is a pleasant place to purchase a Honda automobile. Our sales person, Jon Flick, got us a great deal and we enjoyed our time we spent with him!
Go see Jim Marsh in the service dept. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome guy!! Glad he's at Honda Costa Mesa now. I've followed him from several precious Honda dealerships. Well worth the drive from Fullerton. Jim...you rock!!!

Service department is one of the worst I’ve ever seen in any Honda dealership !! My lane watch needed to be reset and they close at 7 I get there at 530 it’s a 10 min job to do I’ve seen it before on a friends I just can’t do it myself and get laughed at all the staff was rude no one greeted me at my car they were in a rush ! As a long time Honda owner I’m sad . As someone who has family on the broad I am very frustrated and will make this issue aware !
