I had to take my 16' 300 Sport to get it repaired due to as national recall, and not only did they fix it, but he also saw that something was wrong with the radio and are going to install a new one.
I just have to give credit where it's due I love my jeep and when I have to take it in for oil change or anything like that, I definitely feel like I am in good hands there. Every experience I've had there has been great. Everyone that I deal with in the service department let's me know what's going on, keeps me informed, and there's never any surprises. I was at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway for an oil change and needed an estimate on some new tires and alignment. I was fortunate to have talked with justin and he did an excellent job working with me. I felt that he had great knowledge of all the products that we were discussing. I was travelling to Denver from Kansas and the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway was nice enough to get me in to get my car looked at even though they were busy.
