Do not use the service department, took my car because the engine was runing hot first they said it was my radiator fans and then they said it was my radiator cap wasnt holding pressure paid the 217$ for that picked it up not even got home and the car starts over heating pulled over and aintfreze all over had it towed back now they say a bad radiator which is 1400$ now the car is undriveable un like when i took it in very mad

Basically impossible to get a phone call returned, they’re happy to sell you a vehicle but offer no service after the fact.

Went in for a recall for a clock spring. They didn't bother to check it before calling me. There was grinding when I turned the wheel. Seems like a simple verification. They had to replace the clock spring while I waited.

Love, love, love my new car. My salesman, Grant, was very patient with me throughout the sales process. Answered every question I had in a very timely manner. And our finance guy Jeromy was great and answered all the questions we had about everything, and got us out of there as fast as was possible. Wonderful experience, and LOVE my car!

We had an appointment there at 10:00 today. When we arrived, Service advisor Jessy Marquardt informed us that there were 10 people (without appointments!) ahead of us. Why do they take "appointments" if they don't honor them? What's the point? Definition-"appointment": 1. an arrangement to meet a person or be at a place at a certain time. In addition, Jessy was very arrogant and condescending, and we told him to forget it, we would take our business (and money) elsewhere.
