Always a long wait. Seems to be some disorganization amongst the service folks. They tried a bait and switch when I bought the car. Now I’ve been waiting for the first shuttle of the day for an hour. They “need a car” to do the shuttle, because that makes sense it’s not the same car each day. In other words, it’s taking me HOURS to drop off my car and get to work, and will probably take another HOUR to pick it up. Not sure why anyone would want to come here to bring their car in. I was given great customer service from the saleswoman Demaris! Her patience with me over the course of a few days and multiple test drives was top notch! She was knowledgeable, never pushy & helped me order my dream jeep! I would highly recommend her specifically & this location to my friends and family. I made an appointment for a recall that they scheduled me to come in at 8:30 an 1 1/2 job. I arrived 6 hrs later ( after waiting in the lobby for over an hour) They told me that my Jeep hadn't even been looked at yet .!!! Asked If I could make another appointment REALLY!!!
