Tremendously inconvenienced by the recall. I asked the lady checking me in if I could get a free tire rotation for my inconvenience and she looked at me like I was crazy (the kind of look a teenage girl gives with an "as if"). The driver drove us all the way to 3rd and Broadway while another customer and I waited but we were closer to the shop. This attitude is the reason I no longer service my vehicle at ACJB

The staff is always helpful and they always service my Jeep in a timely manner.
Sales department did their job and did it well. Service department however is the lowest level of business decency I have ever been subjected to. My wife's engine light went on and she took it in due to it being under warranty. The fault code was an ignition coil in port #2. I have personally changed my spark plugs and coils in my Audi A8 a couple of times and thought piece of cake.
