Jesus (salesman) and staff were very helpful when we purchased our vehicle under difficult circumstances! They were compassionate, fun and made sure all our t's were crossed and i's were dotted and the service staff has been helpful as well!
Dropped my vehicle off for recall notice repairs for an 830am appointment which i had made the Tuesday prior. I went through the check in process and was told the repairs would take 4.5-5 hours to complete. I received a call from the service advisor 8hours later and was told that they were unable to make the repairs due to a weekend backlog and other issues that arose but if I would be willing to leave it overnight maybe they could get to it tomorrow. great team and great services
Made a service appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for a recall and oil change. They had my car the entire day only to find out they didn't have the part to perform the service for the recall. They could have called me before I spent an entire day car-less only to find out they couldn't perform the service I had asked for. Seems pretty straightforward to me as to how they should have handled this.
Awesome experience except for the usual paperwork.
Earlier this week my 2019 Cherokee was in for a 10K mi oil change & software update(recall) ... my service advisor was very knowledgeable, attentive & courteous ... i was pleased with everything!
They had my car for 4 days and then tell me the parts are back ordered for the warranty work needed for a month they should know this the first day they are not a good dealership
