RecommendedI had my 2013 Jeep patriot in for it's 30,000 mile check up. I am very pleased with ? Chris and the female shuttle driver. I went in to have them service my 2015 Jeep Wrangler that had an electrical problem. Not only did they fix the problem, but they shuttled me home and back again at the end of the day to pick up my Jeep. They did a great job and communicated well all along the way. Cheers!
I live in Crested Butte and recently came to the Broadway site for regular service...spent the night to do so. When I got my car back and drove on the highway, I experienced a shimmy in the steering. I had paid for a full alignment. I drove immediately back and described the situation. The staff immediately addressed my issue...made some changes, and I drove home a satisfied customer.
