I had the pleasure to meet Jim in the Service Department. He is awesome and right on top of things. I knew that I was in good hands when I left my vehicle with him. I was having transmission problems with my Cherokee. They fixed my vehicle within hours gave me a complimentary ride back to and from work. I really appreciate their honesty and courtesy. Wayne the mechanic is awesome. I will not go anywhere else but here in the future. Thank you for making my experience with you a memorable one.

Nathan is a phenomenal salesman but as far as the finance and service department personnel they are absolutely terrible.
My Jeep had been recalled. Jessy was efficient in getting my car in the day after I called. It was repaired and the car was given complete check up. When the car was ready, Jessy reminded me I had 4 more free oil changes (which I had forgotten about). I also have to compliment the shuttle service which is superior and transported me to/from my home.
I needed tint done on my Buick, took it here, and it was done in less than a day. Great service, and nice people; everyone was eager to help, and my tint was done better than I expected! John Kuros took great care of me!!!

I bought my new Rubicon here in 2015 and recently needed service that due to aftermarket modifications was not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Phil and the Service manager worked with me to come up with a fair solution for this repair and now they have a customer for life. Highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service
Poor service. Terrible customer service. Its been 5 weeks and still no resolution. Brand new car the transmission went out same day.
Their service department scammed me out of $200 and lied to me about needing a new battery. My Jeep needs a new starter, for $200 you couldn't have figured that out? Two AAA service guys and my regular mechanic figured it out in 10 mins and charged me nothing to diagnose. Thieves and liars. Tried to scam me even more because they think I'm an ignorant woman. Shame!!' AAA guy wanted to say something but couldn't because he'd lose his job. Jesse you should lose yours!!
