I brought my Jeep in to fix a broken bolt that was in a tricky location, Jesse was the service writer we worked with and he was amazing! Everyone really went above and beyond to make sure we were leaving with my car fixed at a price we could afford. Thank you!
I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty in last month because my radio wasn't working. After having my vehicle (for a few days) it was determined that I needed a new radio. I was called to come pick up my vehicle and was told that I would get a phone call when the new radio arrived. I never received a phone call and have no idea if the radio did eventually arrive. Not very professional. I guess having my business is no longer important.

I recently just bought my first car and my experience at AutoNation Broadway couldn't have been better. I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Grant Geiser was the salesman who helped me through the process. He was very personable, knowledgeable about the product, and really made sure I got everything I wanted in a Jeep.
Great people, service and inventory. My third purchase there and the whole process was easy and friendly.
Marcus Howard was extremely helpful, friendly, not pushy, answered our questions, took his time with us, etc. The only reason we did not give five stars is we waited an extremely long time for financing, we were there over four hours. But even in that time, Marcus kept checking on us, offering us refreshments, making sure we were ok. We love our car!
These guys are morons. They claimed a headliner leak was fixed when we bought our jeep almost two years ago. Two cleanings later, we have water damage again and they claim there isn't a leak yet evidence clearly proves otherwise.
