Service department is a nightmare! Went to two other Autonation service departments both were also no help! My car is still being serviced to this date. Been in there for more than a month now! My advisor is no help at all! I call for updates on my vehicle the answer I get is ,"I'll call you when it's finished!" If I would have known how bad servicing my car at AutoNation is I would have never bought from them in the first place.
My wife and I recently purchased a used 2013 Honda C-RV from Auto Nation. My wife had been researching and the one she inquired about had been sold, but she was immediately called about one that had just come in as a trade-in. I cannot express enough our overall satisfaction with AutoNation Jeep on Broadway. With a special shout out to Dan Meyer. He and the team were exceptional in walking us through the process as well as working with our financial requirements to get us into the Jeep we wanted and the to the price point we were targeting. On top of that, we were coming off an EXTREMELY bad situation with Sill-Terhar Motors and Dan was there for us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Jeep.
Process of buying a car was easy, however, getting them to call me back to find out when my trade in will be paid off has been less than easy! I have left 2 messages and haven't received a return call poor service!

After bouncing from one AutoNation to the next, I finally landed on this one. Where I'm STILL waiting on a call back for a piece from the AutoNation on Wadsworth (4 months now), this location has been courteous and quick to address my issues.
