I have a 2014 Acura RDX. All the sudden the a/c just stopped working? The car only has 44K miles on it so I would of thought that the warranty would of kicked in. When I took it to AutoNation North Orlando I was told that it was a road hazard issue and to claim it on my insurance. Long story short insurance would of been $525 (my deductible is $500) so I suggested to just pay the additional $25. That was the insurance price my price was $1250???? RecommendedService was easy and I didn't even have an appointment. Turned out that my car needed to be there for a few days so they gave me a loaner - which I ddn't expect. Pleasantly surprised.
This Acura dealership was very warm and welcoming and handled by service needs in a timely manner.
