I don’t buy a car that often so when I do, I want it to be a good experience. AutoNation Acura North Orlando provided a great experience. Our sales person, Jim, was great. He never pushed, always provided quick answers and complete information and he knew his product well. The entire team there was very welcoming and made the buying experience pleasant instead of feeling like your being taken advantage of.
Best service by knowledgeable and friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with.
Wasn't happy with the inconsistency between my call to schedule the appointment vs what they could actually do the day of the appt. They also gave an inaccurate time frame. My appt was at 10:15am and I finally got a call back the car had been inspected from the outside, not even driven to resolve the two main issues, after 1pm. The man helping with the service side was kind but it wasn't his fault the person I scheduled with misinformed me. GM expected me to pay sticker price on car (one price no haggle policy) then have me file a claim with my insurance to get a new windshield (there were 5 cracks). There were also some major paint defects (looked like previous owner took spray paint and painted over various scratches -very dull and rough finishes all over car) - offered me $700 deal on repainting my car on top of paying sticker price. Just had my routine oil change and the people and service were top notch as always. And my salesman, Fetah still recognizes me and knows my name even though it's been 15 months since I bought my car!
I normally go to the Acura Dealership on OBT for service but recently I've struggled to even get a call back from that location. The Sanford Dealership was fast, friendly, effective, and very fair price and service wise.
I made a service request online and requested a loaner because it was a major service. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and when I get there no loaners are left and I was told by the tech that they don't ever read the notes anyways. Had my whole day planned out and have to reschedule and come back. Very disappointed and a major inconvenience.
My second Acura from this team. Friendly, great service from scheduling the appt to check in and check out. Most recent vehicle check, my sales guy from 1 year ago came over to say hi and asked about my vehicle experience. I appreciate the service with a smile and the customer care.
