I got a 2015 RDX from CarMax and a few days later had to take it to AutoNation service and Victor was very professional and helpful resolving the issue. I'm glad my car is still under warranty so I can take it there for any maintenance and service issues.
If you are in the market for new car you should stay away from buying Acura especially from this dealer ship. You would end up getting stuck with horrible service. The level of customer service has been going down. I've been loyal to Acura for 18 years and have been going to this dealership since 2000 for car maintenance when they were under the name Jimmy Bryan. I'm always puzzled by the "customer requested to have multi point inspection performed this visit" on the paper work. Also, "you chose to use after market parts for this job" included in the paper work. Don't ever recall requesting or choosing these things. I am a senior citizen...maybe i did...but I doubt it. Otherwise normally satisfied with the service. They did remove a charge for brake fluid after I pointed out that the brake fluid was changed a few weeks prior during a brake job.

I love the service department! Kind, courteous, accurate on time and price estimates. I actually enjoy taking my Acura for maintenance.
