I so appreciated the quick response I received yesterday. I had a dead battery in my 2015 TLX Acura. I needed my car repaired as quickly as possible as my daughter is expecting a baby now and I needed to be close by. The service department was very understanding and helpful and had my car finished right away. Thank you.
I took my Acura in for a recall. I had never been to this dealership before. I was treated like the”only”customer in the place from appointment setting through service. Carolyn answered all of my questions and did it with a smile. Marcos was kind to take me to the mall while I waited. My car was ready and washed an hour earlier than thought. Marcos picked me up and offered great conversation about my car. I will continue to go there for all of my Acura needs!
I always receive great service at AutoNation Acura, North Orlando. Their service representatives, especially Lee, are always polite, and helpful. I always feel confident that my car will be repaired and serviced the way I expect.
The service rep was very friendly and provided quick assistance to what I needed. Was notified once the vehicle was ready and it was a pleasant experience.
As always its a 6 out of 5 star experience. Quick, kind and they just flat out go out of their way to make it as good as it can be. this last time I needed to get new tires and I was in and out so fast I didn't even have time to hang out in the longe and drink coffee. Great Job guys ... Thank You!!
