This is why I keep cars forever...to avoid car dealers. I didn’t have a good experience purchasing or during service. I can elaborate if anyone would like to contact me, however so many issues it would take forever to list on here. Honestly I feel like because we don’t “look like” we belong at an Acura dealership and I chose to not buy a brand new car...we get treated differently. I should still be treated the same.

I needed to get a battery replaced yesterday on short notice after it died. I called and brought it in immediately. Upon arriving i was met by Hope outside who assured me it would be taken care of quickly. I was back out the door in less then 30 minutes with a new battery. I’ve been going to Autonation Acura for years and this experience was the best I’ve ever had. They are normally reliable and friendly, but this was another level. Thanks to Hope!
