Person that greeted me on arrival - no mask Person at the service counter inside - mask hanging from her ear until she noticed me standing there, then she put it on Service tech that worked up the invoice - mask down below his nose 2 other service techs that walked by as I was paying at service tech's desk - masks down on their chins Person that drove my car around to the service bay - no mask 2 people sitting in the lobby talking loudly on their cell phones in front of employees - masks on their laps

Very Friendly service all the time.
I recently had my oil changed completed at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. My service advisor, Lee, was professional and kept me in the loop as I waited two hours. They finished just in time for me to catch all the evening thunderstorms all the way home. Outside of the long wait, I would highly recommend this crew. My TLX looked great and I know the team was thorough!

My service appointment was excellent as usual. My advisor , Julianna Pagan was professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. My technician Dennis D Onofrio knows my vehicle well and as usual did exactly what I asked for. i will definitely be taking my MDX back to this dealership for service.
