Well bought a 2013 Ford Edge and had a brake problem that I made aware to sales and the company through everywhere possible and no help. Brought it to the shop for a sticker last month and needs 1200-1500 worth of work to pass. Then get a call from a customer satisfaction person and tell them my dissatisfaction and tells me someone will be in touch. It’s been two weeks! Nothing!!! Not to mention as I drive this morning to work my engine light comes on! Not pleased at all!!!!
Overall very happy with my purchase and the experience. 2018 F-250 XLT. Just waiting for them to call me for my running boards.
AutoFair as a whole took very good care of me, but the manufacture was not so good when I had issues with my ford. I would buy anther ford from auto fair just on there customer service alone.
Your typical used car salesmen approach where all they care about is the sale and not the customer. This place was full of deceits and lies, and the Better Business Bureau will definitely be hearing from me.
The sales representative I worked with did a fantastic job in helping me purchase my first car. He listened to my concerns and requests for a car with better gas mileage and safety features. He took me by surprise and found me a lender with my fair credit score, and I'm now in a 2014 Ford Fusion SE/fully loaded. I love the car and the team helped me get into a 140,000 mile warranty package cause I want to travel around! I'm eternally grateful to AutoFair Ford.
