Chris Silveira My service advisor went above and beyond when I brought My Focus Rs in for the Headgasket Recall. He Kept me updated and made sure the backordered parts got here at a reasonable time and made sure i had an Awd or 4x4 rental. Also, he went completely out of his way and had the valves cleaned in my head as GDI motors suffer from carbon build up. Chris and the Technician dipatched to my car hit it out of the park. I traded my Escape for an Edge 2015. My sales representative was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I've only had the car a couple of days, but it seems to be in great condition. My only disappointment was that Ford didn't offer any additional discount for my trade in. I felt at end of day, I had given my trade in away. Be aware of the process. Otherwise the process of purchase went very smoothly. Thank you Rob for all your help.
