Not even worth a full star. Can never fix the problems and promised me it would be fixed. Dealers are shady people. They will run your credit without you knowing and try to sell you broken cars. Horrible place to deal with.
I bought my 2004 Ford Focus in May 2004 and I just hit 254,000+ miles. Very happy with the car buying experience and no complaints on the car for sure!! Up until last year when some work was needed, just regular maintenance was done. I really lucked out with the vehicle. My mechanic is in awe that it still runs. Very little rust, too! I know I should be looking for a new car, but really hate to part with this one. Thank you Auto Fair!!
Came from Rochester to view a Frontier on the lot. Was told that it would be ready to view at 7, or we would receive a call. No call, no truck. Wasted time and gas. Will actively look elsewhere at this point.
Stay away from their used cars. We bought an escape that had 59k miles, they DID NOT do the 60k service on it. Numerous issues and 30k later we now find ourselves needing to replace it, needless to say we will be staying clear of this place. Earlier on my wife tried contacting them to get issues addressed, she got the run around and had to go up the chain, only to receive NO reply from the GM after being promised a call back from his secretary, on more than one occasion. I had a much better experience than I had in the past dealings with other dealers. Once I told them of past horror stories they bent over backwards to keep things calm and easy. Yes, they did dealer things, IE I got less for my tradein than I wanted and I had to put more down than I wanted to... but I went in prepared for these eventualities. Ultimately, I like the new car and im out of the money pit I had. Im happy.

He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience.
