Such a hassle. They took time out of my day, every day, for a week to "finalize" things. Their organization is very poor, and is very stressful to deal with. I have better things to do than sell myself a car. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Thank you for double dipping into our bank account to the total sum of $6000.00 11days AFTER we bought our car only to refund it through ACH which will take 3-4 business days to refund. We went there against all the shady rumors we have heard. I have filed the appropriate complaints with the appropriate parties. Not happy!!! Brought truck in for appraisal to possibly trade in as prompted by a sales letter by sales management . The letter promised good deals and high trade value ( not true) . When I went to leave and vehicle had a flat tire witch it did not have before sales staff drove/appraised when I complained and wanted it pluged at their cost sales manager said " just plug it and get him out of here" not exactly how I would treat a repeat customer
I have to say this, if you need work done on your ford, do not take it to autofair in manchester nh. They could not show me proof that my battery was no good. I asked for the printout diag. sheet that should have had the VIN # of my vehicle and they could not produce it. Instead they grabbed a battery that did NOT come out of my vehicle and tried to "show me" that it was bad. No diagnostic test presented.
