Offered me $3000+ UNDER Kelley blue book and Edmonds fair market trade-in value...not impressed with their efforts to make a deal happen left there very disappointed after driving 1hr with my wife and 1 year old.
Very poor customer service. Had a woman there give me the worst attitude ever on the phone when I told her I no longer wanted the extra insurance on my newly bought car. She talked down to me and made comments that would irritate anyone. Yes, I am young, but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect me, or anyone else. As an employee, you're supposed to always be polite, but apparently this woman doesn't believe in being nice to people. Never giving them my business again. VERY dissatisfied.
