This is my second purchase since November. I bought my 2017 F150 Platinum. The deal was worked out with the internet sales Dept. All I had to do was drive in and sign the paper. Just did the same thing again for a new 2018 Transit Cargo van for my plumbing business. Same process. Internet sales worked out all the details before I walked in. Mahir Ibisevic the sales representative had everything ready to go when we got there signed the papers and drove it away. �

The service department has gone way downhill. We’ve been bringing our 2013 expedition here for years for regular service. We always book the first appointment of the morning. The last 2 times it’s taken 2.5 hours and then close to 1:50 hours for oil changes and tire rotations. That’s more than twice what it used to take. I would never recommend buying a vehicle here if you plan to have it serviced here. They clearly overbook/under staff.
