I’ve bought 20 vehicles from dealers and this was the worst experience ever!!! Dealership took a month to pay off my trade, managers never call you back, paperwork was done several times because finance couldn’t get it right.

Bought a used vehicle from here less than a month ago with a clean car fax and no issues. Less than a week later it was back in the shop for 16 days getting a new transmission. They lacked communication with me despite my efforts to get in touch with them and never returned phone calls. Very disappointed with my experience here. Do not recommend.
service is atrocious! Brittany the service advisor is extremely rude and dismissive of customer concerns. service manager could not be bothered to even speak with me. Had to speak to the used car manager who also didn't want to hear my concerns or frustration. I will never purchase another vehicle or have one service here again
The whole experience was a rip off. Your company should be ashamed for the situation you put your customers in. I will never own a ford again after the experience I had.
Worry more about showing trucks first and less about payments until you find something I may like.
Bought our car June 2018 and part of the sale included a spare key they would purchase and mail to our house. After 3 months of no key I’ve called 2x a month and still continue to call, there has been lots of “notes” left for the manager to take care of it, lots of shuffling me from person to person who said they would take care of it, and even spoke to the manager 2x and he said he would take care of it one time and second time transferred me to someone else’s voicemail.
