They were awesome. I had to fix my car for my inspection, a man said 2.5 hour wait possibly. He brought me right over and a woman got my all set, mind you I had 2 children with me. But I was so glad that they were able to get me in and out with no problems
My Wife and I purchased a brand new 2018 ford focus from Autofair ford in Manchester. Our experience to say the least was outright terrible. We purchased the car off the lot with 8 miles. Before leaving I noticed a scratch the length of the bumper. They were not able to fix it that night so we made an appointment to get it resolved which was great.
