RecommendedI want to take a moment and show some gratitude and appreciation for Anton and Rob. I had purchased a truck and the buying experience was great, unfortunately there ended up being an unforeseen issue with the vehicle. What would have been a negative experience ended up being a positive one. They went above and beyond, we are very pleased with our new truck.
We purchased a $16000 Ford Expedition yesterday 5-24-19. The sales people were trying to impress us with how much they put into the car. Question to them is why didn’t they fix the positive battery cable. This morning my husband was touching things us and saw it was corroded so he cleaned it. The whole connector crumbled. Moral of the story: don’t buy from someone who wants to impress with how much they did. And don’t buy from autofair.
Don’t go here. There are terrible. First experience they had my husbands car over a month. They also had horrible customer service trying to call in and find out information and you get the run around then end up at a voicemail. Then I went to get my car inspected. Get there and I’m not on the schedule for today wait could be up to two hours. But still wanted to give one more try my husband takes his truck back. Been there three days so far.
