My only complaint is that the windows didn't get cleaned but I was too much in a rush to notice. I also think it should be a good rule of thumb to have more people that can drive stick so I'm not paying for myself to drive it to be taken care of.
They absolutely scratched the entire surface of my vehicle! While very responsive to my complaint and giving it a good effort to use a "magic" scratch away product to try and minimize the look of the ( what can only be described as, someone used a pumice stone to detail my car ) damage. They of course are unwilling to do any more than "rerun" the car and offer free washes to somehow make me believe the damage isn't there! There are pictures under the visitor's section....you be the judge!
Wish I could leave a tip on my debit card! I didn't know that it was cash only otherwise I would have come prepared. Sorry guys. :(
this is the worst full service car wash ever ! every time i go , I say its the last ....but now it is !!! miss half the stuff there're suppose to do ..because they rush through it...35 bucks for a crappy car wash is a total rip off.....its a wonder these guys even keep a job there... LAZY, and downright I dont give a crap attitude.....do not go here , you will get ripped off !
The service I received today from your organization was laughable at best. This is even after your manager was involved. I spent two hours at your facility and I can write in the dirt in my truck after your people said they were done and I paid for the best service you offered. I know you were busy and everyone was working fast and hard but it was the worst attempt at a car wash I have ever seen.
