Took car today- 3 people working- 20 minutes later they started drying car- needless to say spots— bad service
Tried them today for the first time and I doubt that I’ll be a returning customer. Prices are high (you have to pay an extra $15 on top of whatever package you get for them to vacuum more than the tops of the seats and floors), it takes forever to get done (I was there around an hour), and I still had to re-vacuum areas when I got home.
$35 plus $5-10 isn't a bad price for a full service wash and interior clean. If it's clean after you pay it. I've been going to this carwash for over 10 years. When you look down on the floor, and there is still dirt and stones where you say you vacuumed, you didn't vacuum. When there are spots all over the windows you said you wiped, you didn't wipe them. Worst car wash I have ever received. Spots not touched with armor all. running boards not cleaned after asking specifically for the chrome areas to be cleaned. Fragrance was to be added and there was absolutely none in the truck at all. Not even a hint of it. Specifically asked for the leather seats to be armor alled and they were not. will never go back to this car wash and I would not recommend it to anyone after this experience
Got our daughter’s car cleaned here last night and there is still mud and dirt across the bottom of the car and the inside was not vacuumed well. Floor mats were not moved and vacuumed underneath and the seats were not moved to vacuum under/around. Today is her prom and her dad is outside cleaning it again because of the terrible job done at AB last night. AB has always done great in the past - but whoever worked detail last night 5/21/21 needs to be retrained!
I’m not sure if the young lady who greeted me was new or not but did not seem very vested in her position or excited to be there. I was advised that they could not do Amaral yet there was a large sign advertising for it so I was very confused and was told they’re just not doing it right now without an explanation. I wouldn’t take my bicycle down there to have it washed they suck !! Such terrible service.My husband paid 45 dollars to have his truck clean and the inside looks the same , doesn’t even look like they vacuum at all
