taken my car here 3x. each time worse than the last. I took it in twice today after spending 40 bucks. the car is still dirty, the windows aren't clean, they were able to actually vacuum it even though it took them 2 tries. grass clippings are even still stuck on my bumper. the WORST car "wash" I've been to.
Been a multi-vehicle customer at this location for many years, but lately it's hit or miss. After twenty minutes I'm waved over to my truck and as I approach I notice the mirrors are still turned in. Awful hard to wipe the water spots off the mirror when it's turned in against the truck. I mention it to Cody and he just stands there... I reach in and power the mirrors out and ask him for his rag and I proceed to wipe the drivers mirror as he watches.... Nope, he didn't even walk over and wipe the passenger mirror. I would nvr recommend this to place to anyone. U pay to have your car clean in and out. U have the option to just run your car thru the wash too. If I’m paying to have my car vacuumed why do I have to come back thru because your guys didn’t vacuum the back🤔 I shouldn’t have to tell u move the mats! I had a bad experience there a year ago & I return because I live near and I believe in second chances. I thought maybe it was who was on shift that particular day a yr ago. That’s not the case! The cleaning service sucks overall
Worst car wash ever, they rushed to get the job done and left a bunch of dirt. I was in the bathroom when they got finished so they parked my car in the Wal-Mart parking lot, it took 15 mins after that to get my keys so I could leave.
I will never go here again. It's a shame because I live so close but I'm not about to keep cleaning my own car after paying someone to do it. Don't expect them to vacuum between seats and consoles, cup holders will still be a mess, there will be dirt still on obvious places.. I will be taking my business elsewhere. These people do consistently shoddy work
I'm not one to normally review anything on Facebook but my love for autobell is too great not to! I have two messy boys with messy car seats and messy floors. i normally get my car washed inside and out at least twice a month. Everyone here takes their time and sometimes more time than they should to make sure everything is clean! Vacuuming more than once! Those guys work their butts off and always have a smile on their face!
These men and women work very hard! I don't expect perfection but they do a very thorough job!
I don't typically get my car washed and detailed on a regular basis...maybe 4 times a year give or take...I was in there today and my car looks the best it has ever looked. It took some time but it was a beautiful day and the quality of work was worth it. I would also like to add that it was very busy and several customers were rude and nasty and disrespectful and impatient and not one person working there took offense or gave an attitude back.
