Just went into Auto Bell and was informed that for over a $30.00 wash they would not vacuum under the floor mats. Never heard such. Will never go back.

They do not take care of there customers. My dad was told to back up and his tire got busted. He was told there not responsible and was told they would not call a rocker or anything. He sat there for like 3 hours waiting on a tow without there help. We had a unlimited plan but we cancelled that today. I will be going somewhere else for now on.

This was my first time here...Well....The car wash was fun. And they cleaned the windows. I think. However only vacuuming the front half of my car wasn’t what I expected. We purposefully put seats up so the whole car could get vacuumed. It’s a vacuum. It’s just the floors. How hard is it to vacuum floors????? Absolutely terrible. This was after I had to have them go back into my vehicle and wipe off the dashboard which hadn't been done. Then got home and opened the back and found it like this.

It’s good to have a car wash around. But owner needs more workers. Every worker was having to rush to get to next car. Paying over $30 for car wash It should be done right. Hire more help.
I took my truck in last week and my wife's explorer in today. on both vehicles we had a build up of black tree sap. I was told by the first employee that they guarantee a clean car and in both situations they did not disappoint. It took running through each vehicle twice and a lot of elbow grease. It was the best 2 Autobell experiences I've ever had.

Autobell Indian Trail did an AMAZING job. I got the $15 upgrade to remove the dog hair & was very impressed and sort of shocked with the results! I bet if they knew how many and how much hair, i would've been charged triple. LOL. BTW... I rescue dogs and have had at least 50 different dogs, many of them multiple times, in my car over the last 5 years. 💯👍
