I received great service from the company & highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase an extended automobile warranty, Anne provided customer service beyond my expectations
My adjuster Anne K. was very prompt, kind and professional. There was absolutely no delay from my first call to her to getting my car approved for repair. Anne responded to my emails in a timely manner (actually faster than I expected). To be honest, before I made that first phone call I was dreading it. I expected red tape and grueling approval process; if at all repair would be approved! I am happy to say my experience was the absolute opposite of what I expected!! Thank you Anne K and thank you Route 66!!

Spoke with Sheila L., claims representative regarding a claim I was filing, as a result of the warranty I purchase. She was friendly, professional and extremely timely (decision made the same day) and a checked received within 5 working days, from the time I called..... and it was the Labor Day week. My check was only $120 less than what I actually paid for the services. Exceptional customer services!!!!!
