ASC consistently refuses to pay warranty claims to repair facilities for my vehicle. Each time, like clockwork, when the garage calls in they reject it so then I have to call and spend time arguing and going over the contract to get them to covet what it says is covered. It's a waste of my time and the garage's time having to wait for the whole ridiculous process to run through.

Company is a scam and covers barely anything with their garbage warranties. Would not recommend for anyone to waste their money on one. Wouldn't so much as cover a coolant reservoir...cancelled my policy but of course didn't get a full refund.

I had an 07 Tahoe that I bought from the dealer I put less than 16,000 miles on it and the motor blows went to the chevy dealer to have it diagnosed and fixed and the warranty company would not cover anything horrible experience

I purchased a used car yesterday, a 2006 van, and I purchased the added warranty with ASC, since it was a used car. I took the car to our family mechanic to be checked over, and also because there was a squeak which the dealer assured me was a pulley and belt. The repair shop called me this morning to tell me that the rocker arms needed to be replaced. I called ASC Warranty to ask how to go about getting this repaired under the warranty, since rocker arms were specifically listed as one of the items covered. I was told this ... read more

Route66 ASC Warranty was offered to me by my bank. I was told that the warranty was for 4-years/48,000 miles and that I would not have to pay any out of pocket money. My bank told me that the warranty was just like a new car warranty. I have filed two claims since buying my 2005 Ford F-150 XLY 4WD in January 2016 and both claims were denied by Route66 ASC Warranty. stating that the claims for service were not covered. I have since researched all negative reviews pertaining to Route66 ASC Warranty. There seems to be more diss... read more

Purchased their used auto insurance coverage. Previous owner or auto sales company added heat stop to engine so it wouldn't over heat or leak Before purchased. Heat stop has worn off and now entire engine needs replaced and because it's a "prior" issue this insurance company won't cover any repairs. Overpaid for both the car and warranty coverage. No help from either lender.

I would like to thank ASC warranty for their outstanding and excellent help concerning their warranty coverage of extensive mechanical repair that was done on a used truck I had recently bought. Thank you especially to Eric for going above and beyond. Jim H.
ASC warranty is trying to be slick about paying for repairs to my vehicle, limits of liability state no case shall the total of all repairs paid or payable exceed the nada loan value or the vehcle purchase price , whichever is less at the time. so when I called it in to get my air compressor fixed ( which the vehicle is at fuellers automotive ) they said that they wouldn't pay it because it exceeds the nada value of the vehicle . the slick thing about it is that they are giving us the trade in value not the cash value . the... read more
