I am very happy with the service provided by Route 66 Extended Warranty! I had a big problem with my 2013 Ford Escape SE and I was able to get my claim for reimbursement of my repair cost processed in a very timely manner. I was told I should expect to receive a check in the mail within a week!

With a lien on the agreement we are required to issue to the lien holder. If you have paid off the lien you can send a copy of the documents showing paid off with the check we issued and it can be reissued.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I live overseas and have two daughters back in the US at college. When we bought cars for them, the credit union offered us extended warranties. Gotta hand it to these guys, they really went to bat for me. Called me to ease any concerns, and is continuing to work with the dealership to fully repair parts that were either on their way to failing or were failed. They cover parts and labor, rental car costs, and are so pleasant to spread with I want them to be awarded with an outstanding customer service satisfaction award. This company is the Real Deal...I recently had to have a complete rack and pinion replacement; the cost was over $700.00. Ms. Beasley at ext 1006 made the experience of filing a claim very easy, helped me submit our shop information to do further claims with them. Faster turnarounds than most warranties I've found and helped with the language barrier so it wasn't uncomfortable.

This is one of the worst warranties out there. I too as a Loan Officer feel bad about selling so many of these warranties to people. Being able to understand that people don't always keep receipts of oil changes and that I did not buy oil the week previous to drink myself - funnily enough. customer service reps are rude and uncaring. They do not provide the peace of mind that is their biggest selling point.
