The ASC vehicle warranty is a very dependable protection plan. It's easy to file a claim either at a dealership or at a repair shop. The customer service, filed my claim very promptly, and with no hassle. Even the repair shop was surprised how smoothly the claim went. I'm pleased with my warranty and how I have been treated.
I dealt with a gentleman by the name of JB, very professional and always accessible. I've been in this business for 20 plus years and have dealt with many aftermarket warranty companies and this company was by far the best and easiest to deal with.

Very easy to deal with, however read the fine print before using, they did not pay for taxes at time of repair and they did not pay for diagnostics fee to find out what the problem was
ASC honored their warranty without hassles or problems. I will not hesitate to buy a ASC warranty in the future. My 2010 Ford F150 had a serious valve timing issue. ASC paid almost $2600 on the repair. My be part was $351. (diagnostic fee, oil and filter, a thermostat and a couple other small things) ASC was easy to work with.
