Did not even know I had coverage until Service technician checked on coverage. He apparently contacted ASC and received a quick response with statement of coverage. I was pleased with the service and coverage.

Asc was very helpful and professional wheather I emailed them or talked to them on the phone. They processed my claim very quickly! I would recommend them if you need a extended warranty on your vehicle!

Claims have been processed promptly and professionally. The service writer at Gateway Tire and Service Center said he had not ever worked with a better service than ASC.

I don't under stand why you don't cover fluids. My ASC brochure says its covered under a covered repair.
