Local Dealership called and submitted a claim. ASC approved the claim and the problem was fixed immediately. ASC is an excellent business and responds exactly as advertised. I would recommend their Warranty Service to anyone

I was scared to call them. I figured they'd deny the claim or give me lots of hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong!! My claims advisor Ransom was very courteous and professional to speak with. He listened to my concerns,and told me it was all going to be ok. I took my car to Meineke in Alton,IL for the repair, which was covered! ASC texted me that a claim had been started on my vehicle. Surprisingly ASC. IS definitely professional, quick to respond and did exactly what contract required them to do. No problems with ASC. Would definitely recommend.

I had very bad experiences with my first few claims and I am not happy that they are only open during business hours which is inconvenient however someone by the name of Jessica got a hold of my file and saw my problems and did everything in her power to make me happy and she is the definition of exemplary customer service... of all the people at her company follow her example they would get five stars she has raised my opinion of zero stars to 3 1/2 stars and has renewed my confidence in this company and I hope they continu... read more
