I had my first claim on my 2012 Chevy truck. I was driving down the interstate not close to home and the oils pressure dropped to zero. I googled the nearest dealer and drove straight there and they had it repaired and my ticket in hand with an hour. What would have cost me $347 only cost me $8.66. No questions asked. Great service!!!

This is a very misleading company. They only cover certain parts, not everything that is in bold print in the platinum drivetrain coverage. I am cancelling my policy immediately! We bought the policy and truck 25 days ago, but if anything else is wrong they would find an excuse to not cover it as well. I might as well use the premium money to pay towards the 4 wheel drive repair. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Tim the manager has treated me like a customer and not a number, they have looked out for my best interest in wanting to do what's right based on the contract based on the plan that I purchased. the very best and they are the very best. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS WARRANTY OFFERED BY MANY BANKS, CREDIT UNIONS AND DEALERS. The brochure is a sweet apple pie with vanilla ice cream compared to what the policy ACTUALLY covers. I have had the Trans rebuilt by the dealership (certified licensed repair shop) and they PAID ZERO. Now, the truck needed an engine due to mechanical failure of a piston, and they will ONLY PAY the licensed repair shop $3000 big one's (the Maximum coverage for ANY REPAIR; it's in the very FINE PRINT OF THEIR POLICY) to REPLACE the engine in 2010 ... read more
