I've call their corporate office, multiple times with no one returning my phone calls. The call rings for more than 45 seconds, before leading me to the directory. How does a corporate office not answer their phones? That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Napleton Hyundai in West Palm Beach are unethical and ignorant!! September 10, 2019 My pregnant wife tried to start our 2011 Hyundai Sonata at our sons school in downtown West Palm Beach. I recently bought a brand new 2019 Sportage from Northlake Kia in West Palm Beach. This was my first experience buying a car ever, and I went in on it alone. DO NOT TRUST ZAID!!!! I wish I could give Zaid a 0 star rating. It is very unfortunate one employee can run the reputation of an entire dealership. Horrible sales and service departments, unprofessional employees, specifically at Nissan.
I bought a brand new Aston Martin Vanquish a year ago. The sales rep – Jackson – promised me top service. When I had to take the car into the shop, it turned into a nightmare. All the car dealership has done is overpromise and not tell the truth. The repair shop has had the shop for months and I’m continuously told “2 more weeks” with no real end in sight. Brought my car to Napleton's River Oaks Chrylsler Dodge Jeep Ram (Lansing,IL.) for service, vehicle had engine noise and starting problem. They replaced my starter but when I got the car back the engine noise was still there. Drove the car off the lot and it would not start later on the same day. Salesman *** **blatantly lied about a car on their website. Car had an amazing price. Wife called late on Saturday, ***said he would “lose the key” so we could come in for it on Monday at 5. Got an email from Jim Monday morning with the link to the car. Wife got home early Monday and called ***. Low and behold that car was no longer there, but a more expensive one was.
