If I could give 0 stars I would. I am beyond frustrated with their customer service skills and am currently looking to get out of my lease. I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department but this time beats all the others. My Jeep renegade is 2 years old (leased). I've call their corporate office, multiple times with no one returning my phone calls. The call rings for more than 45 seconds, before leading me to the directory. How does a corporate office not answer their phones? That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I've left 3 voicemails for a name I am unable to mention with no returned phone call and it has been three weeks now. Napleton Hyundai in West Palm Beach are unethical and ignorant!! September 10, 2019 My pregnant wife tried to start our 2011 Hyundai Sonata at our sons school in downtown West Palm Beach. She called Hyundai Roadside Service for help. For some reason the number the tow truck driver received was incorrect causing a major delay in getting the car towed. I recently bought a brand new 2019 Sportage from Northlake Kia in West Palm Beach. This was my first experience buying a car ever, and I went in on it alone. DO NOT TRUST ZAID!!!! I wish I could give Zaid a 0 star rating. It is very unfortunate one employee can run the reputation of an entire dealership. Their so called "Finance Director" is a inconsiderate, rude, jerk! I purchased my vehicle about a month ago. I bought a brand new Aston Martin Vanquish a year ago. The sales rep – Jackson – promised me top service. When I had to take the car into the shop, it turned into a nightmare. All the car dealership has done is overpromise and not tell the truth. The repair shop has had the shop for months and I’m continuously told “2 more weeks” with no real end in sight. Brought my car to Napleton's River Oaks Chrylsler Dodge Jeep Ram (Lansing,IL.) for service, vehicle had engine noise and starting problem. They replaced my starter but when I got the car back the engine noise was still there. Drove the car off the lot and it would not start later on the same day. I had the vehicle towed back to Napleton. River Oaks CDJR replaced another starter, no good....towed back. Now, they perform work on the engine which cost over $4000.00. Salesman *** **blatantly lied about a car on their website. Car had an amazing price. Wife called late on Saturday, ***said he would “lose the key” so we could come in for it on Monday at 5. Got an email from Jim Monday morning with the link to the car. Wife got home early Monday and called ***. Low and behold that car was no longer there, but a more expensive one was.
