I urge extreme caution when doing business with this dealership. They “scam” you with their add on fees. “T.J” (Thomas ********) the sales manager, and my sales person Dave *******, offered an attractive deal by promising to waive the “Predelivery service charge” and the “Document processing fee” totaling $1100. When it came time to see the finance person and finalize the deal, they tell you it is illegal to waive those fees but they will build it into the numbers as increased value of your trade-in, or decreasing the price ... read more
My experience with this company has been awful. I came in looking and ready to buy a vehicle off their lot with no request other than to run my numbers and see if the payment works in my budget. I was given a quote that fit beautifully in my budget and my husband and I were excited to have the ability to purchase his dream car. The next day, I was told that the finance guy, Charlie, accidently ran the numbers for a different car and the payment for the one we had thought we were purchasing was now over our budget. This customer was in our store on April 23. She test drove and liked a 2011 Chrysler 300. They were told the car's price was $11,995. She filled out a credit application for us to quote payments the next day. Our Finance Manager accidently was working the numbers on an older 300C that we have. The payment quoted was very much lower than the customer expected because of this. When the finance manager realized his mistake, he offered a $100 price reduction as a courtesy gesture. This auto dealer sells high mileage used vehicles, so the buyer needs to exercise caution any time a purchase of this nature is made. With this dealer, BE PARTICULARLY DILIGENT. Evidently their examination/preparation to sell a vehicle consists of an oil change—not a full service, just the oil—and a detail. They are either utter and complete liars or have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of the vehicles they sell. I suspect it is a combo of the two. Great place for first time car buyer! I was recommended this lot by my local garage. Mechanic said he had many customers bring in vehicles from this lot for a pre-purchase inspection and they almost always were in good shape. After having a bad experience with poor quality vehicles sold at another "Bargain Lot" close to where I live...I was at bit skeptical. But so glad I went to this lot.
